Zero Point Candy Delight

Ingredients :

– 2 cups water
– 2 packets (0.3 oz each) of sugar-free flavored gelatin (your choice of flavor)
– 1 cup cold water
– 2 cups fresh fruit, chopped (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

Préparations :

1. Prepare the Gelatin:
– In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
– Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the 2 packets of sugar-free gelatin until completely dissolved.

2. Cool the Gelatin:
– Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture, stirring to combine.
– Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

3. Combine with Fruit:
– Once the gelatin mixture is cooled, add the chopped fresh fruit.
– Stir gently to evenly distribute the fruit throughout the gelatin.

4. Set the Gelatin:
– Pour the mixture into a large serving dish or individual molds.
– Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is completely set.

5. Serve:
– Once set, you can serve the Zero Point Candy Delight as is, or top it with additional fresh fruit if desired.
