Ingredients6 Pork Loin Chops, trimmed2 eggs, beaten4 tbsp water1 cup flour2 tsp salt2 tsp black pepper½ tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp ground sage1 ½ tbsp ground ginger1 tbsp nutmeg1 tbsp paprika1 tsp ThymeSauce4 cloves garlic, freshly minced2 tbsp Olive Oil1 cup Honey¼ cup Soy Sauce1 tsp black pepperInstructionsIn a bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger, sage, thyme and cayenne pepper with the paprika and whisk well.In another bowl, beat the eggs and add water and stir togetherDip each pork chop in the flour mixture and then into the egg mix, and once more into the flour mix.Press down to be sure the flour and spices adhere to the egg wash.Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tbsp of Canola OilFry the pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per sideDrain on a wire rackIn a bowl combine the minced garlic, Olive Oil, honey, soy sauce and pepperMix well to be assured that it is all blendedOnce drained of excess grease, dip each pork chop into the Garlic and Honey saucePlace on a plate and serve with your favorite side dish.Enjoy!
