No-Bake Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients :

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the filling.

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Préparations :

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use the back of a spoon or a measuring cup to press the crust firmly.
    • Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
    • Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. Prepare the Topping:
    • In a medium bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
    • Pipe or spread the whipped cream over the top of the  cheesecake filling.
  4. Chill:
    • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  5. Serve:
    • Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your no-bake chessecake pie
