LEMON COCONUT CAKE

Ingredients :

150g Flour°125g Powdered sugar°100g Shredded coconut°3Oeufs°10cl Milk°5tbsp Sunflower Oil°1sachet Yeast°1hazelnut Butter for the mould°1Zer of grated lemon°Pinch Salt+Calories = High

Préparations :

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.Pour the flour into a bowl with the coconut, powdered sugar, yeast and salt. Mix well and make a hole in the middle. Break in the whole eggs, then add the oil and zest. Mix with a whisk, dropping the flour mixture gradually. Add the milk as you go and continue mixing until the dough is smooth.Pour the dough into a pre-buttered cake pan.Bake for 40 minutes and let cool.Enjoy!
