A delicious and easy baked recipe made with soft biscuits, melted cheese, and savory ham. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, family gatherings, or a quick comfort meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit dough)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for the pan
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the filling
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cut each biscuit dough piece into smaller portions.
In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Mix well so the cheese and ham are evenly distributed.
Step 2: Assemble the ring
Grease a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.
Place the biscuit pieces around the pan, adding layers of ham and cheese between each piece.
Continue until the pan is filled and all ingredients are used.
Step 3: Add the seasoning
Mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Brush the butter mixture over the top of the dough.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 35–45 minutes until the biscuit ring becomes golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
Step 5: Serve
Carefully place the ring on a serving plate.
Serve warm while the cheese is still melted and stretchy.
It pairs perfectly with a small bowl of cheese sauce, tomato sauce, or a fresh salad.
Recipe Tips
- Use different cheeses for extra flavor, such as Swiss, provolone, or Monterey Jack.
- Add cooked bacon or vegetables for a new variation.
