Stuffed potatoes

Ingredients :

2/3 cup water1/3 cup uncooked white rice8 cabbage leaves1 kilo ground beef1/4 cup chopped onion1 egg, lightly beaten1 meal spoon of salt1/ 4 teaspoon of ground black pepper1 can of tomato soup

Préparations :

Boil water in a medium-sized pot. Add rice and mix. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add kale leaves and cook 2 to 4 minutes or until tender; OpenIn a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 1 cup cooked rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper, and 2 tablespoons tomato sauce. Mix well.Divide beef mixture thoroughly among lettuce leaves. Roll it up and secure it with threads or string.Place the cabbage rolls in a large skillet over medium heat and pour the remaining tomato sauce over them. Cover and boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 40 minutes, skimming and draining frequently.Enjoy!
