Energizing Natural Health Drink

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of  .

1 tablespoon of black pepper.

3 cups of water.

2 tablespoons of grated  ginger.

Preparation:

Bring the water to a boil.

Add the grated ginger and black pepper, then simmer for 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture into a cup.

Add honey to taste.
