Steak & Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients :For the Steak1–2 ribeye or sirloin steaks1 tbsp olive oilSalt & black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp paprika1 tbsp butter2 garlic cloves (crushed)Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)For the Roasted Potatoes3–4 medium potatoes, diced2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp paprika1 tsp garlic powderSalt & pepperFresh parsley (optional) InstructionsPrep the PotatoesPreheat oven to 220°C (425°F).Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.Season the SteakPat steaks dry.Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.Cook the SteakPan-sear method:Heat a pan on high until hot.Add steak and cook 3–4 min per side for medium-rare.Add butter, crushed garlic, and herbs; spoon the melted butter over the steak for 1 minute.Rest the steak for 5 minutes before slicing.ServePlate the juicy steak with crispy roasted potatoes, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
