Homestyle Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients :

  • 1 prepared pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the prepared pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it firmly against the bottom and sides. Trim any excess crust and crimp the edges as desired.
