Grated ginger, onion, garlic, lemon juice and honey. A teaspoon a day

That mix is a common homemade “immune booster” style blend. Here’s a clear, safe way to make it

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (finely grated or minced)
  • 1 whole garlic bulb (8–10 cloves, crushed or grated)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (about 2–3 inches, grated)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3–5 tablespoons raw honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep everything: finely grate or mince the onion, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Mix them in a clean bowl or jar.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice.
  4. Stir in the honey until everything is well combined.
  5. Transfer to a clean glass jar and seal.

How to use

  • Take 1 teaspoon per day (some people take it in the morning).
  • You can also mix it into warm water or tea.

Storage

  • Keep in the fridge.
  • Best used within 5–7 days.

Notes

  • It’s strong in taste—if it’s too intense, dilute it with warm water.
  • Not a substitute for medical treatment, but it can be a supportive home remedy.
