Make the Burger FillingIn a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft.Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute more.Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.Stir in shredded cheddar (or add cheese cubes later inside each bomb).2. Assemble the BombsPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Flatten each biscuit or dough ball into a circle about 4–5 inches wide.Spoon 1–2 tbsp of the beef mixture into the center.Add extra cheese in the middle if using cubes.Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly.Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.3.
