Cheesy Meat Bread Rolls

Prepare the doughIn a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit 5 minutes until foamy.Add flour, salt, and oil.Knead until soft and smooth (5–8 minutes).Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.2. Prepare the meat fillingHeat olive oil in a pan.Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft.Add ground beef and cook until browned.Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.Add soy sauce and tomato sauce.Cook until thick, then let cool.3. Shape the rollsPreheat oven to 180°C (350°F).Divide the dough into medium balls.Flatten each ball with your hands, forming a small bowl shape.Add 1–2 spoonfuls of the meat filling inside each dough cup.Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.4.
