- 1 can crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 300 g (10 oz) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
