Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. - Mix wet ingredients
In a large bowl whisk together:- eggs
- milk
- sour cream
- melted butter
- Add dry ingredients
Stir in flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. - Add cheese
Fold in cheddar and mozzarella cheese. - Bake
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set. - Cool slightly
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing. - Serve
Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
