Ingredients:°2 tablespoons of butter°1 tablespoon of olive oil°8 minced garlic cloves°8 ounces whole bella mushroom°Half a cup of heavy cream°2 tablespoons of soft cream cheese°A quarter cup of grated fresh Parmesan cheese°Half a teaspoon of onion powder°¾ teaspoon dried thyme°Salt and pepper to taste°Fresh parsley to decoratePreparation:Rinse & clean the mushrooms & pat dryMelt the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heatAdd mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutesAdd the garlic, cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, onion powder and oregano and cook for 5 – 10 minutes, until the sauce is thick and creamy.Salt & pepper to tasteGarnish with freshly parsley & servingEnjoy !
