Garlic Butter Lemon Shrimp

Ingredients:500–600 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)4 tbsp butter2 tbsp olive oil4–5 garlic cloves, finely choppedJuice of 1 lemonZest of ½ lemon (optional but delicious)½ cup chicken broth (or white wine)2 tbsp chopped fresh parsleySalt & black pepper to taste½ tsp paprika (optional)Pinch of chili flakes (optional)Instructions:1. Prepare the ShrimpPat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.2. Sear the ShrimpHeat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large pan.Add shrimp in one layer.Cook 1–2 minutes per side until they turn pink and slightly golden.Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.3. Make the SauceIn the same pan:Add remaining butter.Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds (don’t brown it).Pour in chicken broth or white wine.Add lemon juice and zest.Let it simmer 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.4. CombineReturn the shrimp to the pan and toss gently in the sauce.Cook 1 minute more.5.
