Cut into thin fries.Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes (this helps make them crispy).Drain and pat completely dry.SeasonIn a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.Bake or FryOven method (healthier):Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).Spread fries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer.Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.Frying method:Fry in hot oil (170–180°C) until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.Add ParmesanWhile fries are hot, immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
