Shrimp, Corn, Potatoes, and Smoked Sausage Foil Pack Recipe

Ingredients :

– 1 lb large shrimp

– 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds

– 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

– 1 lb smoked turkey sausage, sliced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

– Lemon wedges (for serving)

Préparations :

Preheat the Grill or Oven:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Ingredients:

2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, potatoes, and smoked sausage.

Season the Ingredients:

3. Drizzle the olive oil and melted butter over the ingredients. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

Assemble the Foil Packs:

4. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil. Divide the shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage mixture evenly among the foil pieces. Fold the edges of the foil over the mixture, covering completely and sealing the packets closed.

Cook the Foil Packs:

5. Place the foil packs on the preheated grill or in the oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the shrimp is cooked through.

Serve:

6. Carefully open the foil packs (watch out for steam!). Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
