Ingredients:1 pound spaghetti noodles2 pounds ground beef½ yellow onion, diced1 bell pepper, diced2 tablespoons olive oil1 packet taco seasoning1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilis (undrained)1 cup sour cream1 cup beef broth2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheeseDirections:Cook the Pasta:Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions.
