Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies

Ingredients :

°2 pieces of soft butter°½ + 1 c. powdered sugar divided°2 tsp. vanilla extract°a pinch of salt°2 ¼ C. All-Purpose Flour°1 C. Finely chopped pecans

Préparations :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.Add butter, ½ cup icing sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour to a mixing bowl. Mix until a smooth paste is formed.Fold chopped pecans into dough mixture.Wet your hands and shape the dough into 36 equal-sized balls of dough.Place dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment, and bake for 12 minutes.Leave the cookies to cool completely.Put the cup of powdered sugar in a flat bowl.Roll the biscuits in powdered sugar and serve.Enjoy!
