Mini Cheesy Bacon English Muffin Sandwiches
🧾 Ingredients
- 6 English muffins (halved)
- 6–8 slices of bacon (or turkey bacon)
- 6–8 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- 2–3 tbsp butter (for brushing)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.
- Slice the English muffins in half if not already split.
- Lightly butter the top of each muffin half.
- Add a layer of bacon + cheese on the bottom half.
- Cover with the top half of the muffin.
- Sprinkle the tops with garlic powder, herbs, and black pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and muffins are golden.
- Alternatively: air fryer at 170°C for ~6–8 minutes.
- Serve hot.
🍽️ Serving
Best eaten warm when the cheese is still melted and the muffins are crisp outside but soft inside. Great for brunch, snacks, or party trays.
